Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or returns may be considered for services, courses, digital content, and physical products offered by Astroo Apaar.

1. Consultations

Once a consultation (Astrology, Vastu, Numerology or Spiritual Guidance) is completed, it is strictly non-refundable. Missed or delayed sessions due to user unavailability are not eligible for refunds.

2. Courses & Digital Content

Payments made for online or offline courses, recorded sessions, PDFs, or digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. Physical Products – Thathastu Swastik

Thathastu Swastik is a spiritual product prepared with specific rituals and intention. Returns or refunds are not applicable once the product has been dispatched, except in cases of physical damage during delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If a physical product is received in damaged or incorrect condition, the user must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. Replacement or refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Payment Failures

In case of payment failure where the amount is debited but the service is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method as per bank or payment gateway timelines.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation before the service is initiated. Once the consultation, course access, or product dispatch has begun, cancellation will not be accepted.

7. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Final Decision

Astroo Apaar reserves the right to approve or deny refund or return requests based on the nature of the service or product.
